WI-FI

Iridium AxcessPoint Connect

Iridium AxcessPoint Connect leverages the power of the Iridium network in remote areas. Together with Direct Internet 3.0, Iridium AxcessPoint Connect creates a wireless hotspot using your laptop that allows you to connect your smartphone, tablet or laptop to check emails and browse the Internet, from wherever you are in the world. Iridium AxcessPoint Connect must be installed on a laptop with Windows OS and connected to an Iridium phone with satellite data service via a USB cable.

Connectify Connectify is an easy to use software router for Windows 7 computers. After downloading and installing the lightweight application, Connectify utilizes your computers’ built in Wi-Fi card to wirelessly share any available Internet connection: a cable modem, a cellular card, or even another Wi-Fi network.

WEB ACCELERATION

Iridium Direct Internet 3 Connect directly to the Internet by using the Iridium satellite phone as a modem. Direct Internet 3 now supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Mac OS operating systems.



Global Marine Net – webXaccelerator The GMN webXaccelerator satellite data accelerator and control router provides up to 5 times faster and more reliable satellite internet browsing and file transfer, and gives you the ability to share or sell data access to others at your location through rule-based-pin-codes with perfect control. Wifi, wall mount, or rack-mount options accommodate every installation.

MailASail - Express Proxy Express Proxy is an extension to Express Mail email compression, that is designed to streamline the satellite data connection by compressing web pages and blocking web adverts before they are sent to your browser. Reduces data download by up to half.
