How do I return an item?

Please note that the Promotional Flat Rate shipping rate is only offered to items under 20 lb within Lower 48 United States, excluding Oversize items and Drop shipment from factory.
The price is subject to change at any time without any notice. Not responsible for any typographical errors. Any products can be cancelled from sale at any time and your order can be cancelled at any time.

Return Policy?

  • Return Authorization numbers are required on all returned items. All returned units Must be Complete and in Factory Packaging. Please contact us to receive our Return Authorization Number and further instruction for return.
  • All returned units without Return Authorization number will be refused.
  • Packages must have RA number written visibly on shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside. All items must be returned in the original packaging and a new and resellable condition.
  • All claims on defective or damaged goods must be made within 7 days of delivery to receive a return authorization.
  • Within 25 days of invoice date, merchandises may be returned with a 15% restocking fee, except for the defects or damage in shipping.
  • Additional restocking fee will apply, depending on the condition of returned items, for any damages or missing items.
  • There will be 15% restocking fee for any orders cancelled after shipping.
  • Orders shipped by US Postal Priority Mail cannot be claimed for non-delivery of goods since no tracking is available.
  • All units requiring Service, either Warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate Manufacturer.
  • Electronic-Chart/Software/Video/Life-raft are not returnable.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Return shipping charges will not be credited.
  • Special orders, such as international orders, are not returnable.
  • Marine Deal is not responsible for lost packages in shipping, products damaged in shipping, any orders that are returned to any address other than the one listed above, or any order returned. It is advised that you insure your package when shipping back to us and have tracking codes.
  • For international shipping, please note that the customer will be responsible for all the shipping charges including return shipping fee and import tax, in case the package is refused.
  • All the products comes with US manufacturer's warranty.
