Shipping Questions?

Stocked items will be shipped within 24 hours or less. Orders made late Friday will be shipped on Monday. If ordered items are out of stock, we will email you immediately regarding expected shipping date.

Shipping costs will be shown during the checkout in real-time, based on the Carrier's rate.( The rates are based on the weight and the package size)

The order over $200 will require a signature for delivery.

The Promo Rate Shipping only applies to certain Electronics above $200.

The Promo Rate do NOT apply to Oversize Items, such as, Marine Toilet, Liferaft, and other general marine supplies.

The Promo Rate do NOT apply to PO Box or General Delivery Address.

The Two day Promo Rate do NOT apply to the order over 20 lb.

The Promo Rat only applies to the shipping within contiguous Lower 48 United States.

The Promo Rat do NOT apply to any drop shipping from manufacturer.

This Offer will expire without any notice.

The Promo Rate does NOT apply to the International Shipping

UPS or US Postal Tracking Available:

By providing us with a valid email address when ordering, you will receive a timely email verifying the day your order is shipped and your UPS or US postal tracking number, which can be monitored via the Web.

Please note that No tracking for US Priority Mail service is available for some countries.

The package over $200 will be shipped with Signature required to avoid any theft or mis-delivery. Please use a daytime Shipping address for a high value orders.

There will be $25 rerouting fee for the address changes after the order was shipped.


Cancel an order?

All orders (including backorders) may be cancelled with no additional fee prior to shipping. Cancellations must be made by email (ask@marinedeal.com ) or fax:(501) 631 4759; MARINE DEAL WILL NOT CANCEL AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE. If order has been shipped it may be returned following the RA guidelines listed below.
Once shipped, the shipping charge will NOT be refunded.

Problem with Delivery of Shipment?

All claims on shortages and/or damaged goods must be made within 10 days of the delivery of the package. Please email us or call us for any damages or missing parts within 10 days of the delivery of the package and we will instruct you how to proceed.

Do you want to return the merchandize?


Return Policy:

  • Return Authorization numbers are required on all returned items. All returned units Must be Complete and in Factory Packaging. Please contact us to receive our Return Authorization Number and further instruction for return.
  • All returned units without Return Authorization number will be refused.
  • Packages must have RA number written visibly on the Shipping Label. All items must be returned in the original packaging and a new and resellable condition.
  • Damaged items: All claims on damaged goods must be made within 7 days of delivery to receive a return authorization via email or phone.
  • Non-Defective items: Within 25 days of invoice date, merchandises may be returned with a 15% restocking fee or more depending on ordered items
  • Additional restocking fee will apply, depending on the items and/or the condition of returned items, for any damages or missing items.
  • All units requiring Service, either Warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate Manufacturer.
  • Electronic-Chart/Software/Video/Life-raft are not returnable.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Special orders, such as international orders, are not returnable.
  • Defective items : Within 25 days of invoice date, the customer must first contact the manufacturer for a technical support to confirm the product is defective. Please provide the name of the technician at manufacturer, the serial number, and the details about the defect via email. Return instructions will be provided afterward. After 25 days of invoice date, the defective items must be returned to manufacturer for the warranty repair.
  • We are not responsible for any shipping cost returning your purchase
  • For international shipping, please note that the customer will be responsible for all the shipping charges including return shipping fee and import tax, in case the package is refused.
  • All the products comes with US manufacturer's warranty.
  • Marine Deal is not responsible for lost packages in shipping, products damaged in shipping, any orders that are returned to any address other than the one listed above, or any order returned. It is advised that you insure your package when shipping back to us and have tracking codes.
